If the article's presentation is accurate, then we have some people who instead of exploiting the Da Vinci Code's popularity into selling a bit more of their book, go and sue Dan Brown over claims that can't stand in court. I can also start to claim that I'm actually Napoleon Bonaparte and go sue the historians who claim that I died. It wouldn't be alarming, unless I won the trial, which would be very unlikely.
