Stiglitz

Nobel prize winner Joseph E. Stiglitz challenges the patent system. He starts with THE reference plattform: pharma. His criticism is not very good thus harmless and it seems to me he is getting radicalised. Economists know how much voodoo is involved in the field of patent law but they usually don't become activists. I observe a merger these days: activists become scientific, scientists become activists.

Found an useful working paper on "Cumulative Innovation, Sampling and the Hold-Up Problem" from Rufus.
