Europäische Verbindungsdaten?

Es ist gut und richtig, dass der EUObserver hinweist:

Die EU-Verbindungsdaten sind natürlich auch für die Amerikaner voll zugänglich, damit sie Profile über unser Kommunikationsverhalten führen und Wirtschaftsspionage in Europa noch einfacher betreiben können:

Es gab bei den Amerikanern ein bisschen Wirbel, weil die EU Fake-Datenschutzregeln für die Weitergabe an Drittstaaten vorgeschlagen hatte.
